| Q: How do I pay for the system? |
| A: We send out invoices once a month via email. You may download and print your invoice for your own records. We prefer payment via check; otherwise we can accept payments through PayPal. If you are paying with a credit card through PayPal we do charge a nominal fee to cover the transaction. Please contact us for details. |

| Q: Are there any additional costs that I might incur? |
| A1: You will want to have a domain name (e.g. www.johnrealtor.com). You may register your domain name with us. We charge $30 per year on all domains with no set-up costs. If you currently have registered your domain name, or you choose to register your domain name elsewhere, then we would be happy to guide you through the set-up free of charge. |

| A: We allocate 512MB of storage space for each website. If you require additional disk space, you will be required to upgrade your hosting package to the next level. Please see the pricing page for details. |

| Q: I read that you limit the bandwidth, what is bandwidth? |
A: Bandwidth can be compared to monthly air time for a cell phone. Some phones allow you 100 anytime minutes, which allows you to make or receive calls for a total of 100 minutes before you are charged. What this means for your website is that for each page that is viewed, or for any email sent or received, a small chunk of bandwidth is taken up (typically around 20KB at a time). Over the course of a month this usage increases until the end of the month, where the usage is set back to zero. Unused bandwidth cannot be carried over to the next month. If you are close to exceeding your bandwidth limit, we will alert you and ensure that your website does not go down.

A: Yes, we have two types of users:
- The top level user will have full access to all of the listings on the website and can create and assign listings to any agent. This user also has access to the Website Options section of the site.
- There are also users with access limited to just adding and modifying listings for themselves and they will not have access to the Website Options. The user permissions are set-up when a new agent is added to the system.

A: We have created a comprehensive statistics suite that will display the following information:
- How popular your website is.
- How many different visitors came to your site in a month.
- How many times the pages were viewed on your website.
- Which listing is viewed the most.
- Which day was the most popular.
- How many times certain pages on your website were viewed.
- And last, but not least, which search terms were most commonly used.

| Q: Is there a limit to the size of the photos I am allowed to upload? |
| A: You cannot upload photo's larger than 512KB. This limit is set extremely high, You should be aware that by having large photos you could be alienating those potential clients that have a slow internet connection. Ideally photos should be around 30Kb - 50Kb in size for pages to load faster. |

| A: The Realty Listing System automatically generates thumbnails for each photo. |

| A: You can upload up-to 15 photos per listing. One image is designated as the "Main Image", which is viewed on the Main Listing Page. Additional photos are viewed through the additional photos page by clicking on the camera icon. |

| Q: I uploaded a huge photo, but when I view it online it appears to be smaller. |
| A: If you uploaded an image that had dimensions that were greater than 640 pixels wide by 480 pixels high, then the system will automatically resize your image to be a maximum of 640 pixels wide. Having photos larger than this can cause frustration for those who have a slow internet connection, and possibly discourage potential future buyers. Having smaller photos on your pages will allow your clients the freedom to surf your pages quickly and easily and they will be grateful for this courtesy you have afforded them. |
